Stormwater Management

• Conducted site investigations and Laser Scan (LIDAR) Aerial Survey to identify potential problem areas for stormwater management at Ft. Bliss, TX. LIDAR survey conducted in accordance with DOE GIS methods to meet appropriate geographic and military standards (NAD83, NAVD88 - GEOID99).
• Collected data and developed a surface water model using SWMM to identify critical points in the stormwater conveyance system.
• Installed sampling and monitoring equipment and collecting periodic samples according to sampling and analysis plan.
• Worked successfully with the Fort Bliss, regulatory agencies, the Corps of Engineers - Tulsa District and maintained liaison between the different groups.
• Removal and Installation of wash rack recycling systems.
